Medium juicy red apple, very firm and very sweet. Its flesh is creamy- white, slightly tinged with red. Excellent apple to chew, to cook and to make juice. It is an apple that keeps its shape while cooking. Can be kept for several months in a controlled atmosphere. It supports freezing.
